Refund & Cancellation Policy

Browsing and searching tenders on TenderFloor is free. This policy applies to paid professional services (consultancy, document preparation, assisted bidding) and to subscription plans when launched.

Cancellation of services

• Before work has started: full refund (minus payment gateway charges, if any).
• After work has started: partial refund on a pro-rata basis, at our reasonable discretion.
• After the service has been delivered: no refund.

Subscriptions (when available)

• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• No partial-period refunds unless required by law.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
